I have 2 errors in my Experian credit report: one account always paid on time is shown as charge-off and one account I don’t recognize. I've never had such a loan. I tried to contact the bank to get more information about the accounts I had and they told me that all my accounts are closed, no one is delinquent, so I guess Experian is responsible for this mistake. I think that I should hire an attorney to resolve the problem, but I'm afraid I can’t afford one. Do you know any attorneys that require the payment after the lawsuit?

Contact Experian directly to dispute the discrepancies and provide any supporting documentation from the bank confirming the accurate status of your accounts. Explore options for free legal assistance, such as consumer protection organizations or legal aid services, before considering hiring an attorney. Some attorneys may work on a contingency basis, meaning they only receive payment if your case is successful, so inquire about such arrangements when seeking legal help.
